About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Care Home Administrator to join our team at CV-Library. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks to help us deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include answering phones, managing files, and supporting our managers. You will also be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showing prospective clients and their families around our care home.
