Salary Information:
We offer a competitive rate of pay of approximately £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide comprehensive care planning and reviews.
- Support residents in maintaining their dignity and independence.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
