Electrical Supervisor Job Opportunity

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will oversee a small team of installation engineers, ensuring the smooth execution of electrical projects across various sites in the UK. With a strong background in electrical installations and a proven track record of supervising teams, you will be responsible for hands-on work, supervisory duties, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of installation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
  • Conduct site visits to oversee electrical installations, ensuring compliance with company processes and standards
  • Develop and implement risk assessments and method statements to ensure a safe working environment
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement company processes and standards

Requirements:

  • Time-served electrical installations experience, with a strong understanding of electrical safety protocols
  • Proven track record of supervising small teams to meet project requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
