Mon - Fri, 8.We are proud to be representing a global organisation within the FMCG sector in there search for a Maintenance Supervisor.
As a Maintenance Supervisor , you will oversee all Engineering and Facility activities , balancing hands-on work with delegation. You’ll provide leadership, mentor the team, and collaborate with departments to ensure strong support. You'll work closely with the Health & Safety representative to manage legal compliance and liaise with Operations and the General Manager on site development and projects.
Supervise and support the team of technicians on technical matters.
Improve service delivery performance and reduce costs where possible.
Manage all aspects of engineering from planning to completion.
Develop practices, routines, and solutions to improve productivity and product quality
Perform risk assessments
Oversee the site T-card reporting system for maintenance and breakdowns, and delegate tasks accordingly
Develop new health and safety policy procedures in line with regulations
Conduct in-house training sessions on best practices and safe systems of work
Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are consistently upheld
Electrical and mechanical installation experience.
Experience working in a FMCG environment.
Good knowledge of food safety expectations.
Experience in inspection and audit.
Ability to deliver effective training.
IT literacy, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
