We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our Business Development Team at Home Group Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Business Process Manager and Commercial Intelligence Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all systems and spreadsheets are updated and contain accurate information.
- Liaise with internal departments to identify business development opportunities.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including purchasing and invoice processing, meeting organization, minute taking, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and provide accurate and timely information as required.
- Work flexibly in times of high priority need.
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Excellent working knowledge of office procedures.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (desirable but not essential).
