As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of systems, processes, and procedures to ensure we meet all our obligations and support the efficient operations of the financial and project management aspects of the Operations team.
The successful candidate will have strong business and operational administration skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure. You will be responsible for setting up data and reporting processes, monitoring and managing accreditations, and preparing reports for cascade within the wider business and for external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate team activities and ensure smooth project delivery
- Develop and implement data and reporting processes to support business operations
- Manage accreditations and liaise with regulators, data collection, submission, and participation in audits
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Implement and use data management and reporting systems
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team
- Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions
- Support the development and implementation of a UK HSSE management system
- Coordinate meetings and support decision-making
Requirements:
- Previous experience in setting up data and reporting processes
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and data requirements
- Understanding of HSSE management systems and experience working within these accreditations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
- Experience working with good company/project governance processes
- Experience solving problems and coming to solutions that make commercial and technical sense
