About the Role:

Baywater Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective health, safety, and environmental strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize the environmental impact of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures and best practices
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sustainability initiatives and strategies
  • Monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental performance metrics and trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in a healthcare or operational industry
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislative frameworks across the UK and ISO standards
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Relevant qualifications, such as NEBOSH
  • Full working rights for the UK and a valid driving license
