Job Title: Site Health, Safety & Environmental Manager

Omega is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our site's Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EHS management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Coach and mentor employees on EHS best practices and provide training on EHS procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective EHS risk management programs to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business decisions.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH qualification, Certificate or Diploma.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
