Job Title: Site Health, Safety and Environmental Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team at Omega. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our site's Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the site's EHS deployment plan to deliver objectives in line with the Group Sustainability and HSE Strategy
  • Coach and mentor teams around HSE initiatives
  • Lead the investigation of accidents, Environmental and HSE incidents to identify, implement and maintain corrective actions
  • Embed an operational HSE framework
  • Develop and implement Environmental Management System
  • Develop effective EH&S risk management program to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • FMCG experience ideally within logistics, supply chain or manufacturing environments
  • NEBOSH qualification, Certificate or Diploma
  • Detailed knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations
  • Manufacturing and factory site experience preferred
