We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Omega. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our site's Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) management systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement EHS management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Lead the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Coach and mentor employees on EHS best practices and provide training on EHS procedures.
- Develop and implement effective EHS risk management programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in EHS performance.
- NEBOSH qualification, Certificate or Diploma.
- FMCG experience ideally within logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
