Job Opportunity: SHE Manager

The HSE Recruitment Network is working with a global manufacturing company to find them a new SHE Manager at their facility outside of Crewe. This is an impressive and highly automated, Upper Tier COMAH site with circa 400 staff. The company is going through increased industry demands, so they need someone who can join a transitioning business and who can react and adapt to changing demands and pressures.

As the SHE Manager, you will have the autonomy to lead SHE across the site with your team of 6, with the support of the wider group. You will liaise and influence key stakeholders to ensure that the strategic SHE objectives are being delivered. There are strong procedures and processes in place and established ISO systems which you will manage. Being part of a larger group, you will implement group policies and report upwards on key data.

Requirements:
  1. Experienced SHE Manager with experience managing a team - potentially someone stepping up from a smaller site or team.
  2. COMAH experience is essential along with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  3. Diploma or Degree level qualified in Health & Safety.
  4. ISO Systems experience.
Package:
