Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to join our team at Omega. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our site's Environment, Health & Safety deployment plan to deliver objectives in line with our Group Sustainability and HSE Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Health, Safety & Environmental function across the site, responsible for implementing H&SE management systems.
- Develop and implement the site's Environment, Health & Safety deployment plan to deliver objectives in line with the Group Sustainability and HSE Strategy.
- Coach and mentor teams around HSE initiatives.
- Lead the investigation of accidents, Environmental and H&S incidents to identify, implement and maintain corrective actions.
- Embed an operational HSE framework.
Requirements:
- FMCG experience ideally within logistics, supply chain or manufacturing environments.
- A NEBOSH qualification, Certificate or Diploma.
- Detailed knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
- Manufacturing and factory site experience preferred.
