About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our health and safety initiatives, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with management and staff to promote a positive health and safety culture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety or a related discipline
  • Professional certification, such as NEBOSH or IOSH
  • Extensive experience in health and safety management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
