Sales Manager Role:

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our sales department at First Port. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of estate agency experience with 3+ years in management. You will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and motivating a successful Sales team within a high-performing office, while also demonstrating the ability to expand our business and increase market share.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a positive and stimulating team environment where all staff are supported and developed to reach their fullest potential.
  2. Establish and agree relevant targets, objectives, and manage performance.
  3. Monitor revenue and expenditure against budget.
  4. Provide accurate, consistent, and timely management information.
  5. Address complaints resolution within the branch and take ownership of escalated complaints.
  6. Manage the administration of all business systems and processes, company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  7. Regularly review competitor activity to develop a business plan and strategy to achieve the budget and profitability targets.

Required Attributes:

  1. Ideal local property experience.
  2. Proven track record of consistently achieving and overachieving sales targets and related KPIs.
  3. Established network of relevant local business contacts.
  4. Demonstrate high market appraisal conversion ratio.
  5. Expert knowledge of relevant industry legislation.
  6. Comprehensive understanding of the interplay between the residential property markets.
