About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Customer Experience Manager to join our team at the Palace Theatre & Opera House. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective team leadership and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve customer satisfaction
