Deputy Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Customer Experience Manager to join our team at the Palace Theatre & Opera House. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective team leadership and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing front of house team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience Manager to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer experiences
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback and sales performance
