About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Customer Experience Manager to join our team at the Palace Theatre & Opera House in Manchester. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the front of house team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of events and services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects to drive business growth and improvement
