Deputy Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Customer Experience Manager to join our team at the Palace Theatre & Opera House. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our visitors have an unforgettable time at our venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the front of house team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the customer experience team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of live events and performances
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues
