We're looking for a talented Contact Centre Advisor to join our team at Warner Leisure Hotels, a leading hospitality brand in the UK. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our guests, helping them to find their perfect holiday.
About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate great listening skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your goal will be to create rewarding relationships with our guests, providing informative and accurate advice and guidance to help them find the perfect holiday.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Use your product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations and advice to our guests, helping them to find their perfect holiday.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and promotions, using this knowledge to provide our guests with the best possible advice and guidance.
