About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tesco Tring Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create a great inclusive atmosphere.
