Part-time Lodge Manager

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, customer service, and property management, with a passion for working with people and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. You will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing contractors, completing health and safety checks, and providing a first-class service to our residents.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and has excellent communication skills. You will be able to work independently, use your own initiative, and have a strong sense of diplomacy and tact. Previous experience in a similar role, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or uniformed services, would be an advantage.
You will be computer literate, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. You will also be able to work well under pressure, be calm and composed, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
