About the role
Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Home Owners, providing a first-class service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our retirement development.
As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, co-ordinating activities, and liaising with a range of customers, contractors, and internal colleagues. Your passion for excellent customer service and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our Home Owners. If you have a background in administration and customer service, and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

We are a progressive managing agent of privately owned leasehold Retirement Living accommodation. We manage over 200 developments nationally, providing property services and customer care to over 10,000 retired people.
