As a key member of the CBRE team, we are seeking an experienced Building Operations Coordinator to join our site management team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile property, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring adherence to health and safety, environmental, and company procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the fabric of the building, both externally and internally, to a high standard in accordance with the management contract and agreed budgets. They will also assist with drafting, controlling, and reporting service charge budgets and expenditure, as well as carrying out regular inspection audits and taking remedial action when required.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.

This role would suit someone with previous experience of working within a facilities environment, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
