Job Title: Senior Build Coordinator

Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our site operations team, ensuring that all aspects of the build programme are delivered to meet specified financial, quality, construction, and safety targets and standards.

This role requires exceptional leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental standards of the highest order. A relevant qualification in Construction or CIOB membership is desirable.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a Site Manager role or similar, gained within the house building industry. They will be able to effectively manage sub-contractors, plant, and materials, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exemplary standards of site presentation.
