Game Art Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Game Art Coordinator to join our team at Build a Rocket Boy. As a key member of our art department, you will play a vital role in supporting the production process and ensuring the smooth operation of our visual teams.
Key Responsibilities- Meeting Coordination: Collaborate with our art leadership team to schedule meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure effective communication across departments.
- Communication & Information Sharing: Act as a liaison between art teams and other departments, facilitating timely updates and information exchange.
- Jira Management: Create and update tickets in Jira to track tasks, milestones, and progress for various projects.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in productivity tools (Miro, Confluence, Microsoft Office).
- Familiarity with Task Management Software: Experience with Jira and basic understanding of game development pipelines.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proactive, resourceful, and able to work well within a creative team environment.
