3D Art Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environment Artist to join our team at Build a Rocket Boy.
As a Senior Environment Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, high-resolution 3D environment art, including natural and architectural environments.
You will work closely with the Lead Environment Artist, Environment Art team, and the Production team to ensure that your work is delivered on time and meets the project's artistic vision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create high-quality, high-resolution 3D environment art, including natural and architectural environments.
- Collaborate with the Lead Environment Artist to develop visually stunning 3D environments.
- Work closely with engineers and tech artists to enhance our art pipeline and improve our effectiveness in rapid iteration game development.
- Ensure all assets and environments conform to the defined technical and artistic requirements.
- Partner with production staff to manage personal deliverables, ensuring they meet the defined objectives, quality bar, and schedule.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 5 years professional experience as an artist in the games industry.
- Strong experience with current 3D modelling tools such as 3ds Max, Maya or equivalent.
- Experience working with a game engine (Unreal, Unity or similar).
- Strong understanding of art fundamentals.
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
