Property Department Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Property Management team in the day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Ensure all legislative requirements are met and maintained.
  • Coach, mentor, and train the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and check properties for tenancy, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Instruct and manage contractors to maintain properties.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, checkouts, and inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Complete administrative tasks following on-site appointments, including rent collection and maintenance requests.
  • Monitor and ensure timely rent payments.
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal divisions and teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and refer property upgrades to relevant divisions within Finders Keepers.
  • Deputize for the Office Manager as needed.
