This permanent full-time role comes with a competitive salary of £22,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a Monday to Friday working pattern.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their orders.
  • Enter order details accurately into the system to maintain high levels of data integrity.
  • Support the finance team with tasks such as purchase ledger and sales ledger management.
  • Prepare and send sales invoices and enter data into Sage 50 with guidance.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
