iMultiply Resourcing Ltd is delighted to be engaged by an exciting market leader in North Lanarkshire in their search for an interim Payroll Administrator for a 3-6 month contract with possibility of extension.
">The Role:
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of weekly and monthly payrolls.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards.
- Maintaining accurate payroll records, including adjustments, deductions, and tax calculations.
- Collaborating with the HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll queries.
- Reconciling payroll accounts and ensuring data accuracy.
- Supporting the payroll team with audits and reporting as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll administration, with expertise in both weekly and monthly payrolls.
- Strong working knowledge of Sage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
On Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate equivalent to approximately £30,000 - £33,000 per annum.
