The Role:

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of weekly and monthly payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records, including adjustments, deductions, and tax calculations.
  • Collaborating with the HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll queries.
  • Reconciling payroll accounts and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Supporting the payroll team with audits and reporting as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration, with expertise in both weekly and monthly payrolls.
  • Strong working knowledge of Sage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

On Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate equivalent to approximately £30,000 - £33,000 per annum.
