Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Keep customers updated on the progress of their orders
  • Accurately input order details into the system
  • Assist with finance functions, including purchase ledger and sales ledger
  • Raise sales invoices and input data into Sage 50
  • Provide support to the wider team

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (desirable)
  • Ability to approach challenges with a non-defeatist mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and demonstrate an inquisitive mind
