Role Overview

We are currently seeking an Education Support Worker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a leading and growing organisation, providing support to students with SEND.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentoring and supporting learners by providing them with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, on home tuition and outreach and through outdoor activities
  • Assisting with the preparation of learning material and contributing to the delivery of learning objectives with a strong focus on behavioural management
  • Preparing daily reports on learners' progress and barriers to learning
  • Interacting with parents/care givers on a regular basis
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A committed and passionate view of students with SEND
  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant
  • Maths and English GCSE at grade C or above
