Academic Support Worker

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Academic Support Worker to join our team at Academics. The successful candidate will provide educational support to students with complex needs, focusing on holistic practices and student-centered approaches.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of education and training principles, with a focus on creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to achieve academic goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support students with EHCPs, including those with Autism, OCD, and varying levels of social anxiety.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans, taking into account each student's unique needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as SEN and safeguarding.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
We offer a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
