School Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated School Support Worker to join our team at Academics in High Wycombe. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students aged 11-19 who have experienced significant trauma.
The successful candidate will receive extensive training in SEN and safeguarding, including MAPA Training, and will have the opportunity to work closely with students with Autism, OCD, and varying levels of social anxiety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support secondary-aged students with EHCPs and adapt to their individual needs.
- Foster positive engagement and provide students with a sense of acceptance.
- Implement various therapies and holistic processes to promote academic progress and student well-being.

A competitive salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
