We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our clients' commercial vehicle sales team and drive revenue growth. This challenging role requires strong leadership and people management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or leasing.

The Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion, leading, coaching, expanding, and motivating a high-performing sales team. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing client accounts, and ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, expand, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and prepare accurate forecasts.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow of leads and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and overall business goals.
  • Sales Training & Development: Identify skill gaps within the team and provide relevant training or development.

  • Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or leasing.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  • Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyse sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • A Full UK Driving licence.
