We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, based in Lisburn. This is a Full-Time Monday - Friday position, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £25,147 per annum, plus benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Drafting letters and managing emails
  • Maintaining records and organising diaries
  • Preparing documents and reports using Microsoft Office
  • Managing communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organising meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
  • Supervising and delegating work to junior staff
  • Managing office systems, filing, and supplies
  • Arranging travel, accommodation, and verifying invoices
  • Providing hospitality for visitors and events

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Math
  • 2+ years of administrative/secretarial experience, including Microsoft Office
  • A full UK driving license (or equivalent transportation if unable to drive)

Desirable skills include Word/Text Processing certification and the ability to take minutes, delegate tasks, and use initiative.
