Bus Driver and Maintenance Support

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Bus Driver and Maintenance Support to join our team at Adcote School for Girls Careers. As a Bus Driver and Maintenance Support, you will be responsible for safely operating one of our five daily bus routes around Shropshire, transporting pupils to and from school, as well as driving to sporting fixtures and school trips during the daytime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect pupils from designated points on the minibus route in the morning and return them to the drop-off point in the afternoon.
- Drive to sporting fixtures and school trips during the daytime.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the minibus to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Assist with other duties as required.
Requirements:
- A clean, current D1 driving licence with no 101 restriction.
- CPC trained would be beneficial.
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Working Hours:
Approx 25hrs per week. Additional hours available for Maintenance role (Flexible).
Salary:
£12.82/hr inc Holiday pay
