Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement community resuscitation initiatives that support the North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust's goals.
  2. Lead the establishment and support of Community First Responder and Co-responder Teams.
  3. Participate in the recruitment process of new Community First responders, following trust guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Hold an IHCD Technician Qualification as a minimum requirement.
  2. Demonstrate strong report writing skills, strategic thinking, and community engagement abilities.
Salary Information:

This position comes with a competitive salary of approximately £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, accompanied by benefits tailored for a healthcare professional.
