Key Responsibilities

As an Exam Support Specialist at Dovetail and Slate Ltd, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for examinations, including:

  • Managing exam records and updating student information systems.
  • Coordinating with exam boards and course teams to ensure accurate exam details.
  • Communicating effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding exam processes.
  • Organizing and planning exam schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assisting with exam administration, including registration, entries, results processing, and invigilation.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in education or a related field.
  • An enhanced DBS check.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • A high level of digital literacy.
  • Strong organization, planning, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
