Data-Driven Community Development Specialist

The North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust invites applications from motivated individuals to fill the position of Community Resilience and Data Officer. This role plays a crucial part in driving the development of community resuscitation across Cumbria and Lancashire, ensuring alignment with the North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust's community responder/resuscitation strategy targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage community resuscitation initiatives, including planning, development, and coordination of Emergency Life Support training courses.
- Support and establish Community First Responder and Co-responder Teams.
- Contribute to the recruitment process of new Community First responders, adhering to trust policies and procedures.
- Possess an IHCD Technician Qualification as a minimum requirement.
- Demonstrate expertise in report writing, strategy implementation, and community development.
This role comes with a salary of approximately £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, alongside suitable benefits for a healthcare professional.
