Account Manager - Software - Hybrid Working

Interface Recruitment UK is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in the software industry. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with customers, ensuring they have the right products configured in the optimum way.

The ideal candidate will have a background in software, ideally from an Account Management, Consulting, Projects, or Analysis role. You will be comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with a mix of office and home working.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Account Management: Establish and develop key stakeholder relationships with customers.
  • Project Management: Manage software implementations, new systems, and upgrades.
  • Pre-sales Activities: Work as a conduit between technical and non-technical user teams.
  • Product Consultancy: Develop SME status on specific parts of the system.
  • Quality Assurance: Test software prior to new releases.
  • Training: Ensure clients get maximum ROI.
  • Customer Support/Sales: Identify and resolve support issues.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a mature working model. Occasional travel may be required, but this will be managed to ensure you can deliver customer requirements.
