About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Compliance and Asset Management Specialist. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Oxford facilities, including building maintenance, repairs, security, and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee facilities budget, including forecasting, cost control, and supplier contract negotiation.
  • Develop and manage emergency response plans, including drills and training for staff.
  • Maintain and manage ONI asset register in line with ONI requirements.
  • Own asset calibration schedule, ensuring equipment performing in line with ONI requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programmes and policies in alignment with ONI's standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Management of ONI recycling and waste management processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, compliance documentation, and maintenance schedules; prepare reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies as required.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
