About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior AP Engineer to join our team at Churchill Hospital, Oxford. The successful candidate will lead a technical team of CPs and APs in delivering high-quality maintenance, remedial, and reactive tasks across two Hospital PFIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to creating and sharing maintenance plans, compliance details, procedures, guidance, and industry standards
  • Generate subject matter reports to validate performance, identify risks, and demonstrate effective service management
  • Assist the Accommodation Services Manager in monitoring Service Level Tests, reporting on KPIs, planning improvements, and aligning with Contract deliverables
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A qualified Electrical Technician qualification with experience of HV and LV
  • Experience of CMMS systems integrated with Asset Management
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Computer literacy and ability to interrogate computerised data
