Carriageway Assets Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Carriageway Assets Manager to join our team at Oxfordshire County Council. As a key member of our Preventative and Restorative Schemes Team, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and management of our carriageway assets.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from initial identification and assessment of schemes through to construction. You will be responsible for project management, ensuring programmes of work are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management: overseeing programmes of work to ensure timely delivery and budget compliance
  • Programme development: identifying and prioritizing schemes for investment
  • Site visits: conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality of construction works

What We Offer

Oxfordshire County Council offers a competitive salary of £44,711 - £47,754 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive up to 33 days' holiday per year, plus bank holidays, as well as access to our contributory pension scheme.
