Personal Assistant to Managing Director, Head of Institutional Coverage

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our Institutional Coverage team as Personal Assistant to Managing Director, Head of Institutional Coverage. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the diary of the Managing Director to achieve optimum time effectiveness, planning and prioritising demanding schedules and producing comprehensive information to support all appointments.
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant and Business Manager to the Managing Director to ensure the Managing Director's schedule and day-to-day running meets the needs of the business.
- Organise and collate papers, packs, briefings, liaising with relevant contacts and colleagues to coordinate.
- Coordinate attendance at the Institutional Coverage Annual Flagship client dinner, with circa 90 clients in attendance at C-Suite level.
- Regular communication with a wider network of Personal Assistants, including GEC offices.
- Gifts and Hospitality registering, management and approval on behalf of the Managing Director.
- International and domestic travel and accommodation for the Managing Director, which sees the Managing Director regularly travelling to New York, Bermuda and Edinburgh.
- Processing and approval of expenses, corporate card approvals and invoices.
- Main point of contact for day-to-day ad-hoc questions around the Managing Director's schedule and front of house for the Managing Director and IC MD Office.
