Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans for clients with complex needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and family members, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on mental health issues, promoting informed decision-making and empowering clients to take control of their lives.

About You:

  • You'll need a degree in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in mental health social work, preferably in a community setting, is essential.
  • A strong understanding of local authority policies and procedures related to adult social care is also required.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working options, employee wellbeing initiatives, and opportunities for professional development.
