Overview:

La Fosse is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Coordinator to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate closely with the Technology team and other business units. This 12-month fixed term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver new technology implementations and enhance service offerings.

About the Role:

  • Develop and refine project plans for technology initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and document project meetings to track progress and identify potential issues.
  • Create standardised project documentation, including RAID logs and change control records.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and technology leaders.
  • Assess and manage project risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Partner with technology business analysts to devise solutions for business challenges and process improvements.
  • Define success criteria and acceptance standards in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and document User Stories and project tasks with the technology team.
  • Evaluate dependencies and project tasks, and collaborate with QA testers and business analysts to create comprehensive test plans.
  • Coordinate with technology leadership to ensure projects are properly resourced and prioritized.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Qualification (e.g. PMI, PMP, Prince2).
  • 3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in delivering large system development and integration projects.
  • Background in technology project management, with expertise in application delivery, infrastructure, and integration projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
  • Desirable: Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Azure experience.
  • Desirable: DevOps practices, with Azure DevOps experience.

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
