Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Children's Residential Team Lead to join our team at the Cambian Group. As a leader, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality care and education to our residents, developing the skills of our team members, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Your responsibilities will include leading shifts, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with the on-site team to ensure that individual care plans are implemented effectively. You will also contribute to team meetings, support the personal development of our team members, and help to create a safe and supportive living environment for our residents.

The ideal candidate will have 12 months of experience working in a residential setting, a full UK driving license, and a desire to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £13.20 per hour, completely free on-shift meals and parking, and training and development plans to meet your individual needs.
