Customer Service Coordinator

Henley Business School at Greenlands is situated in a picturesque location near Henley on Thames. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team on a Part Time basis, primarily working afternoons into evenings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering world-class customer service, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. You will be responsible for managing hotel bookings, responding to queries, and developing PC skills.
The successful applicant will have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility in covering colleague absence or holiday
- PC skills – experience with Word, Excel, and Email
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements.
