About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to work with our client, a leading provider of workspace transformation services for commercial offices and retail occupiers. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office operations, including maintenance, repairs, and facilities management
  • Work closely with the Client Response Manager to ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

What We Offer

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Location: Henley-on-Thames

Working Hours: Monday-Friday (40-hour week)
