Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team, who will be responsible for maintaining high standards in and around our homes. This includes ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents through regular maintenance and upkeep.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with fellow team members to prioritize tasks and respond promptly to requests. Previous experience in a maintenance role or strong handyman skills, coupled with a proactive and can-do attitude, is essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, outstanding training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
